RMA Return Standard Operation Procedure

1. Please send back by EMS ONLY.

2. Each package weight less than 3kg [qty around: 100pcs]

3. Please inform the sales before sending back the rma.

4.  Please make remove the stickers/lables before sending out

5.  Please get the RAM well protected with bubbles and foam to avoid damage.

6.  Please inform the sales the EMS tracking No. after sending out the package.
